I have a solution for you, but the Bauer Products Locking Cam Latch for Horse Trailers, # BA32FR does not have a keyed alike option. I recommend the Global Link Vise Lock for Cam-Action Door Latches, # 295-000024 that does provide the keyed alike option. My contact at Redline told me that the outside diameter of the Chrome Trim # SA1012ET would be right at 5/16 of an inch and the inner diameter 1/8 of an inch. He said the trim isn't a perfect circle so the dimensions fluctuate a little bit. Unfortunately this will not work unless you want to do a custom installation with rolled trim stacked.
